WHAT: Conversion of 85,000sf mill complex into live/work and commercial spaces
CHALLENGE: Revitalization without gentrification & displacement of blue-collar neighbors
STRATEGY: Working closely with the non-profit developer PUENTE to establish programming responsive to neighborhood needs (a kitchen incubator for small food-cart businesses, a teen workforce training program and artist-rate live-work studios etc.)
